FTF has been many years in the making. The founders have between them over 40 years experience within many aspects of the industry, including high risk foods, ready meals, frozen foods, sandwiches, salads and hygiene.

Affordable: The guides we publish will all be priced reasonably to give the maximum amount of clear information for the minimum price. We aim to give value for money by publishing at or below the price you would normally pay for attending a half-day seminar.

Achievable : For all our business undertakings, we start with clear objectives and guidelines, agreed by all parties, so that any goals set are always realistic and achievable. In this way we help to keep your budget requirements on track, and deliver at a timescale which meets your needs.

Our staff are all qualified to a minimum of degree level in a food related discipline, and have a wealth of first hand industry experience.

Their qualifications include ISO Lead Auditor, BRC Approved Auditor, IoP Diploma in Packaging Technology and CIEH Professional Trainer.
